WHAT WE DO

Our group uses innovative computational and experimental techniques to ask fundamental questions about how the complex microbial communities of the human body influence the risk of colonization and infection by bacterial pathogens among children. Our mission is to reduce global child mortality by developing novel ways of preventing infections among children.
